    COUNCIL HOUSE

    Hardwood floors with high ceilings in a
    beautiful brick building

    2nd Floor includes private gathering or
    meeting space overlooking the Council

    Seats up to 75 guests

    Pricing: 4-Hour Timeline – $550 + tax

    DINING ROOM

    Seats up to 100 guests

    2 large, connected spaces. The front room
    measures 31’x24’ square feet with a stone
    fireplace and wood floors and connects to
    an enclosed porch that measures 33’x27’
    square feet

    Access to a commercial kitchen, walk-in
    refrigerator, and ice machine

    Stratford Hall will provide all table and
    chairs needed for up to 100 people along
    with set-up and tear down

    Pricing: 4-Hour Timeline – $600 + tax

    THE JESSIE BALL DUPONT MEMORIAL LIBRARY

    Seats up to 75 guests

    29’ x 41’ square feet

    Carpeted space surrounded by hundreds of
    historic books

    Space opens to an outdoor stone patio,
    perfect for cocktails

    Access to a prep kitchen and refrigerator

    Stratford Hall will provide all table and
    chairs needed for up to 75 people along
    with set-up and tear down
