Wine & Wreath Making: December 8 – 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
The Estate at White Hall Vineyard Wine Bar opens at 1 p.m. (Tastings, glasses, and bottles available for purchase)
Cider & Wreath Making: December 9 – 10 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
The Ditchley Cider Works Bar opens at 10 a.m. (Tastings, glasses, and bottles available for purchase)
These Wreath Making Workshops will take place in the Stratford Hall Council House.
Lindeve Hostvedt, Gardener at Stratford Hall, will guide you through all the steps in creating a beautiful wreath to adorn your home this holiday season. Greens, cut from Stratford Hall’s historic grounds will be used: juniper; cypress; loblolly, white and Virginia pine, magnolia, and boxwood, creating a finished 24 – 26″ wreath. If you would like to bring your own ribbons and other décor, we will be happy to show you how to enhance your finished wreath. Please bring your own clippers.
Christmastide Evening Program
December 9 – 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Come see Stratford Hall historic buildings and grounds decorated in holiday spirit, listen to colonial music by Ampersand in the Great Hall and drumming by Slam Stewart in the stone quarters, and step into the historic kitchen for a cooking demonstration with interpreter Dontavius Williams. Carriage rides in the historic area will be available for an additional purchase.
Stop by the Gift Shop for holiday shopping with a signature Stratford Hall Gift Basket, stocking stuffers, and much more. Visitors will receive a 10% discount in the Gift Shop and Friends of Stratford Members will receive a 20% discount on purchases.

Children, ages 6-13: $10
Children, ages 5 & under: Free
Friends of Stratford Members: Free
Online ticket sales will close at 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 9th. Tickets will be available at the door.

MAKE IT AN EVENING TO REMEMBER and dine with local catering company, Denson’s Chesapeake Bay Farm to Table, in the Stratford Hall Dining room. The five-course meal will include your choice of a starter course, soup, salad, your choice of an entrée, and dessert.
$125 per person
Wine, Beer & Cocktails will be available for purchase.
