On Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11, 2014, treat your mother to a special brunch buffet at Stratford Hall. Brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the plantation dining room. The Mother’s Day brunch buffet includes:
(cold options) Asparagus Salad with Pecorino Romano, Pine Nuts, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon and Sea Salt; Fresh Fruit Salad; Smoked Salmon with Capers, Red Onion, Hardboiled Egg and Cream Cheese; Mixed Green Salad; and Assorted Sweet Breads.
(hot options) Pan-Seared Salmon with a Dill Beurre Blanc; Peas, Fava Beans, Asparagus and Mushroom Ragout; Grilled Chimichurri Marinated Flank Steak with Vidalia Onions and Peppers; Omelet Station; Fried Chicken; Stratford Benedict, which is Country Ham on a Biscuit topped with two Poached Eggs and Hollandaise Sauce; Roasted Potatoes; and Sausage and Bacon.
(Desserts) Chocolate Crème Brulee with Mixed Berries; Strawberry Shortcake Bar; and Assorted Cookies and Cakes.
