Join us for a special Easter Sunday brunch on April 20, 2014, from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The Plantation Dining Room will offer a variety of entrees, side dishes and desserts. Entrees include honey-glazed ham, fried chicken, baked tilapia and strip loin (beef carving station with horseradish sauce, au jus and mushroom accompaniments); side dishes include green beans with shallots, a medley of zucchini, yellow squash and tomatoes, roasted potatoes and rice pilaf; and desserts consist of homemade pies, crème brulee, and ingredients to “build your own shortcake.”
